The Asphalt Paver/Screed Operator will assist in overseeing personnel and activities of their crew to meet company production schedules and quality specifications. Potential candidates must have the knowledge and skill to pave up to industry standards. The role is best suited for a team player who is action oriented, and can work with a firm, yet considerate disposition.
AMI has a need for a Lowboy Driver to haul our equipment from jobsite to jobsite. We take pride in our equipment and have some of the newest, cleanest in the industry. All routes are local around Middle Tennessee, and drivers are home daily.
The Asphalt Paving Superintendent oversees and supervises personnel and activities associated with the paving division of the company to meet production schedules and quality specifications, utilizing complex problem-solving skills along with strong client and colleague interaction skills. The role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented and can work with a firm yet considerate disposition.
The Motor Grader Operator performs activities associated with the efficient preparation of the base layer underneath asphalt and concrete surfaces to meet company production schedules and quality specifications. The candidate must be skilled with rough and finish grading.
The Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic oversees personnel and activities associated with the maintenance of vehicles, equipment, buildings, and other property. The role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented and can work with a firm, yet considerate disposition.
The Grading Foreman oversees and supervises personnel and activities associated with the base & stone division to meet company production schedules and quality specifications. The role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented and can lead with a firm yet considerate disposition.
The Asphalt Roller Operator must have experience working with a breakdown and/or finish roller. This role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented and can work with a firm, yet considerate disposition.
AMI has a need for a Class A Dump Truck Driver to join our team. All routes are local around Middle Tennessee, and drivers are home daily.
The Dozer Operator is responsible for using a bulldozer to perform the rough/breakdown and finish grading and shaping of a job site, creating smooth and precise surfaces according to project specifications.
