OPEN POSITIONS
​The Milling Foreman oversees and supervises personnel and activities associated with the efficient milling of asphalt to meet company production schedules and quality specifications, utilizing complex problem-solving skills along with strong client and colleague interaction skills. The role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented and can work with a firm yet considerate disposition.
The General Skilled Laborer contributes to the overall success of the company by performing duties in a safe and professional manner related to their assigned division(s) - base/stone, asphalt paving, asphalt milling, concrete, striping, sealcoating, signage, and/or drainage.
The Staff Accountant is the hands-on in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and GL Accounting roles. The role is best suited for a team player who has an accounting degree, is strong in technical accounting, and detail-oriented.
The Milling Machine Operator is primarily responsible for the set-up, safe operation and maintenance of the asphalt milling machine. This person will work with their crew to meet company production and quality specifications, utilizing complex problem-solving skills along with strong client and colleague interaction skills. The role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented.
The Asphalt Paver/Screed Operator will assist in overseeing personnel and activities of their crew to meet company production schedules and quality specifications. Potential candidates must have the knowledge and skill to pave up to industry standards. The role is best suited for a team player who is action oriented, and can work with a firm, yet considerate disposition.
The Motor Grader Operator performs activities associated with the efficient preparation of the base layer underneath asphalt and concrete surfaces to meet company production schedules and quality specifications. The candidate must be skilled with rough and finish grading.
AMI Construction is growing in its concrete division, and we are seeking an experienced Concrete Curb Machine Operator. The Concrete Curb Machine Operator performs job activities related to the pouring of concrete surfaces, such as sidewalks, curb and gutter, pads, etc. The role is best suited for a team player with a positive attitude and drive to complete the job.
