OPEN POSITIONS
The Asphalt Paver/Screed Operator will assist in overseeing personnel and activities of their crew to meet company production schedules and quality specifications. Potential candidates must have the knowledge and skill to pave up to industry standards. The role is best suited for a team player who is action oriented, and can work with a firm, yet considerate disposition.
The General Skilled Laborer contributes to the overall success of the company by performing duties in a safe and professional manner related to their assigned division(s) - base/stone, asphalt paving, asphalt milling, concrete, striping, sealcoating, signage, and/or drainage.
The Motor Grader Operator performs activities associated with the efficient preparation of the base layer underneath asphalt and concrete surfaces to meet company production schedules and quality specifications. The candidate must be skilled with rough and finish grading.
AMI has a need for a Lowboy Driver to haul our equipment from jobsite to jobsite. We take pride in our equipment and have some of the newest, cleanest in the industry. All routes are local around Middle Tennessee, and drivers are home daily.

AMI Construction is growing in its concrete division, and we are seeking an experienced Concrete Curb Machine Operator/Crew. The Concrete Curb Machine Crew performs job activities related to the pouring of concrete surfaces, such as sidewalks, curb and gutter, pads, etc. The role is best suited for team players with a positive attitude and drive to complete the job.
