Site Analyst

Job description:
The Site Analyst visits leads to analyze potential project solutions and collect data needed to begin the proposal process. The role is best suited for a self-motivated team player who is action-oriented with a desire for advancement in estimating and/or project management.
Responsibilities:

Utilizes the CRM to route and schedule site visits, and complete tasks when finished.

Assesses customer's initial request and projected scope of work to plan data gathering.

Meets with customer onsite when requested.

Measures repair areas and marks up photos with dimensions or other notes.

Uploads photos onto drive and confirms completeness with Estimator.

Identifies landmarks and identifiers and sets measuring benchmark.

Coordinates with the client on all changes in scope, questions, addendums, or clarifications regarding the work during the bidding process.

Acts as a resource to operations during the award/start-up phase to clarify any issues regarding what was considered in the estimate, such as materials and methods of construction.

Work with management team to stay updated on industry knowledge, AMI work methods, and be informed of any changes.

Respond to internal and external requests and provide high quality support to customers and colleagues.

Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every contact.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:
-
Two-or four-year degree preferred.
-
Detail orientated with ability to pick out details within large construction plan sets.

Process driven with ability to pivot and adapt to each project/issue/challenge.

Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

Ability to independently manage own work, take initiative to better oneself and the estimating department, and ask questions until resolution is achieved.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
