Customer Experience Representative

Job Description:
AMI is growing and is in need of a Customer Experience Representative to join our team. This role combines customer service skills to architect and enhance the customer experience from inquiry through job completion. The role is best suited for a team player who is action-oriented and can work with a positive, supportive disposition.
Job Responsibilities:

Manages incoming calls/emails and customer service inquiries, documenting sales leads that develop into new business.

Identifies and assesses customer's needs to enter/begin the CRM process.

Assist the estimating team by performing job measurements, takeoffs, customer proposals, and work orders as needed.

Manages Operations Calendar and schedules jobs as necessary by coordinating with the Director of Field Operations and customers.

Support the Team Lead, Controller, and Director of Field Operations with administrative tasks as needed.

Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes.

Respond to internal and external requests and provide high quality support to customers and colleagues.

Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every contact.

Make deposits in QB & online banking system for payment of work performed.

Schedule weekly OGC review meetings for invoicing and coordinate with the Controller in regards to billing, etc.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Needed:
Two-or four-year degree preferred.
Minimum two years customer service experience
Naturally (genuinely) excited to help customers
Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Ability to independently manage own work
Confidentiality and trustworthiness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
