We are searching for a Promotional Branding Coordinator that will basically run the company, including sales, design concept, purchasing, outsourcing embellishment, fulfilment, AP, billing, collections, as well as be instrumental in selecting people/causes we will help. The role is best suited for one with a philanthropic passion who is motivated, well-spoken, competitive, a good listener, and can work with a positive, supportive disposition and with limited supervision.
Responsibilities:

Make interactive contact with existing and potential customers.

Facilitate incoming custom and event-based requests from design conception through fulfilment to include ordering products and communicating embellishment instructions to vendors.

Monitor and fulfil orders from company website.

Process and code custom orders and company stores invoices for accounting.

Update CRM as information, status, data, or other metrics change.

Identify and qualify new additional sales opportunities and work the full sales cycle.

Organize sourcing efforts for new products.

Coordinate social media and e-blast communications in relation to campaigns, marketing events, and updates.

Provide ideas and feedback on how to improve communication with customers.

Respond to internal and external requests and provide high quality support to customers and colleagues.

Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every contact.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:

Heart for Philanthropy required.

Two-or four-year degree preferred.

Previous experience in graphic design, marketing, or related position preferred.

Naturally (genuinely) excited to help customers.

Strong analytical ability, quantitative and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
